Available with either 2 or 4 ports and with up to 1 hour recording time, the EAR 4000 also provides 2 voice mailboxes and supports 3 languages simultaneously. With full Auto Attendant capability, the system will answer all incoming calls or program your phone system to have the EAR 400 answers calls in overflow mode from the operator. Perfectly suited for very small business who would like the appearance of a much larger company, with a mailbox for night answer or day messages.

The EAR 5000, our enhanced Auto Attendant, answers 2 or 4 calls simultaneously and processes each one efficiently and carefully.

Offering your customers a friendly greeting, the EAR 5000 answers calls 24 hours a day and by single digit access, directs callers to any required destination within the company. The caller also has the ability to dial an extension number directly through the auto attendant.

The EAR 5000 not only provides 39 auto attendant menu's, but also provides 8 personal mailboxes. The system will fully integrate with most PABX systems on the Australian Market.
