The EAR 2000 is a compact stand alone Auto Attendant System. The system is designed with DSP (Digital Signal processing), flash memory and SMT (surface mount technology) production providing up to 9 minutes of recording time.

The EAR 2000 can answer up to 2 calls simultaneously. The system lets you play a different greeting for day, night or holiday, helping to reduce the need for additional personal to handle incoming calls.

The system will send calls to live agents, various extensions and operators. It can be integrated with most PABX's and Key Systems on the Australian market, through analogue ports and can be programmed easily via touch tone DTMF.
